I'm running Vista and have installed the GTK2 runtime but when trying to install OpenDialect060.msi the message indicating that the runtime GTK innot installed. What have I ommited todo?

Chances are that you had user account control on when you installed GTK. Please uninstall it, then turn UAC off, restart, then reinstall GTK.

No. I had UAC turned off. Also it is version 6 not 5.
